You may know that yoga is a practice that unites mind, body and breath, but take a moment to consider your own practice… How present is your breath awareness at any given time? For many of us, connection to the breath is one of the more challenging aspects of yoga. In this workshop we will really slow down and get acquainted with our breath to discover the possibilities available to us when we no longer leave the breath to an afterthought, but truly unite body, breath and mind as one.
