Where will we meet?

For the time being, all sessions are held remotely over Zoom. Eventually we will transition to meeting in person.

How often will we meet?

Our first two meetings will be roughly two weeks apart. After that, we will meet anywhere between monthly and quarterly.

Do I need special clothes or equipment?

No, just wear something you can comfortably move around in. Any props or supports you may need can be found in your home, such as blankets, cushions or chairs.

Can I do yoga if I’m not flexible?

Yes! Everything we do is designed for you as you are now. Flexibility may be a result of yoga, but it’s not a prerequisite.

I have pain, injury or limited range of motion, is yoga therapy for me?

Yes. We always work within your capacity, taking care only to use techniques that are comfortable and do not cause strain or pain. The goal over time is to make improvements in all of these areas.

Do I need to be able to get up and down from the floor?

No, many postures can be done sitting in a chair.

When should I do my practice, how long will it be?

Most practices are 20 minutes long, but yours could be a little shorter or longer, depending on your needs. Celia will work with you do determine the best time of day for you to do your practice.

Is yoga a religion, or will it conflict with my religious beliefs?

Yoga is not a religion. You can practice whether or not you have an established belief system.

  • Initial consultation is free

  • 90-minute intake session, $100


  • 60-minute follow up session, $80

Do you offer package deals?

  • Intro package, $220, includes

    • 90-minute intake session

    • two 60-minute follow-up sessions

  • Follow-up package, $275, includes
:

    • four 60-minute follow-up sessions
