There is more to teaching breathing than prāṇāyāma techniques alone. In this advanced tech session we will dig deep into the fundamentals of breathing. Learn about the mechanics of breathing, and how these guide which phase of the breath correlates to the way we link breath and movement in āsana. While primarily experiential, this tech session will also include time for you to find your own voice in teaching breathing.

These 2 hour advanced clinics are for those who have received their 200 hours and wish to continue their education, Yoga Alliance CEUs available.
